The Terms & Conditions that apply for your order are the Terms & Conditions that are in effect at the time of placing your order. Please save or keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions at the time of placing your order for future reference. The date for the latest changes to these Terms & Conditions is found in the final section of the Terms & Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law, excluding the International Sale of Goods Act (CISG). Any dispute pertaining to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively referred to the district court of Stockholm, as the court of first instance. You have the right to file possible claims against Aivira Beauty AB before the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
Orders, Prices & Payments
Aivira Beauty AB only accept orders from people that are 18 years old or older.
You will have the opportunity to review your order details, including selection, total price and the information you have provided before placing your order. Before placing the order you will have the opportunity to correct any input errors.
After placing an order we will send an order confirmation email to the e-mail address provided by you, the order confirmation includes your order number, information on your selection, total price, your payment details and delivery details as provided by you. Please not that your order will be processed and is accepted once we send a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email contains all relevant information about your order.
Products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other consumers before you have placed your order and received the order confirmation email. If for some reason (e.g. but not limited to: inactivity from your end for a prolonged time or computer error on your end) you do not place your order you might need to reenter all information and redo the selection before you can place your order.
Aivira Beauty AB does not guarantee that products showed on our website are in stock or available for purchase. If your order contains items that are out of stock we will email you. If we have already received payment for the out of stock items we will refund you the amount.
All orders placed are subject to Aivira Beauty AB accepting the order. We reserve the right to at our discretion not accept your order without any liability to you.
The prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. The prices on products and shipping might change from time to time, Aivira Beauty AB is not bound to any prices until accepting your order. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email.
If the prices change before we accept your order we will notify you by email. You have the right to accept the changes in the price (by placing a new order with the new price) or to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a reply from you your order will be cancelled. If we have received payment for an order that is cancelled due to changes in price we will refund you the amount paid.
From time to time Aivira might offer discounts on the prices. Discounts can be obtained by using a discount code or can be automatically deducted at check-out. If not otherwise explicitly stated discounts or campaigns cannot be applied to or combined with other campaigns or discounts.
The prices on our products may vary depending on resellers, Aivira Beauty AB is not in control of prices set by physical retailers or online retailers outside of our website.
We accept payments using debit or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express), Klarna Payments (Klarna Pay Now, Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Slice It), iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location. We might change available payment methods from time to time. Please note that some payment providers and solutions (e.g. Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Slice It) might require and perform a standard credit check
Our website uses hosted payment solutions by a third party which guarantees the highest level of security and compliance with the PCI Security Council standards. Payments with credit or debit card might require verification using 3D Secure or SecureCode for security and fraud prevention purposes. Some of our hosted payment solutions stores your data securely and using those payment methods might not require you to input the payment details.
From time to time we might offer the option to pay using gift cards, if the gift card amount does not amount to the total cost of the order the difference needs to be paid using one of the eligible payment methods. Gift cards may have an expiration date after which it is no longer eligible to use as a payment method.
Shipping & Delivery
Aivira Beauty AB ships to Sweden, Norway and Finland. Aivira uses carries specified on the website in the check-out area, depending on your location carrier options may vary.
The shipping cost, if any, is specified in the check-out area and may vary depending on your location and shipping options. We aim to ship orders within 24 hours from order placement during workdays. If the order is placed during the weekend, we aim to ship the order on the first following workday.
Shipping time and delivery time shown on the website are estimates and can in some cases take longer. Aivira is not liable for any loss or damages suffered for reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery.
Returns and Complaints
If you want to return your products you can return them to Aivira Beauty AB within 30 days of you receiving your order by sending an email to email@example.com. If the product has been damaged during transportation please take a photo and attach to your email.
The product needs to be intact and all labels and packaging in its original condition. Returned products shall be received by Aivira no later than 20 days from the date of the return e-mail to be eligible for refunds. Please send the products together with the invoice. Aivira Beauty AB are responsible for the shipping costs and will provide you with a return shipping label by email. It is your responsibility to print and attach the return shipping label to the packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Accepted returns will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned products to the same payment method used when placing your order.
Aivira Beauty AB will not handle returns from other retailers, please direct any return matters directly to the retailer where the product was purchased.
Complaints on faulty or defective products can be made up to three years after time of purchase. Please note that it is your responsibility to report any defect to Aivira Beauty AB within a reasonable time after the defect had been detected. The product will need to be returned to Aivira Beauty AB, it is your responsibility to package the product in a way where damages during transport is avoided. Please notify us of a complaint by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If we determine the product to be defect you will have the option to receive a new one or to receive a full refund.
Money Back Guarantee
Our Money Back Guarantee offer you as a customer the opportunity to try our products and if you don't like them you can return them and receive a refund for your purchase even if the product is opened and used. To be eligible for a Money Back Guarantee refund the products needs to be delivered to Aivira Beauty AB within 30 days from your purchase. The shipping costs will be deducted from the refund and an administration fee might be deducted. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, we advise you to use a return shipping method where tracking is available as refunds are only paid through if the product has reached Aivira Beauty AB within 30 days from your purchase. Aivira Beauty AB have the right to deduct a fee relative to use of the product that is determined to be more than what is needed to have tried the product sufficiently. Please note that empty products will not be refunded.
Eligible refunds for the Money Back Guarantee will be paid through to the original payment method within 14 days of Aivira Beauty AB receiving the returned products.
To return a product using the Money Back Guarantee send an email to email@example.com stating your name and order number and Aivira Beauty AB will guide you through the process of returning your products.
All full size products are eligible for the Money Back Guarantee, the Travel Kit however is not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee.
The contents and information on the website may change from time to time, Aivira does not guarantee that the information on the website (including but not limited to: prices, descriptions, images) are correct. Aivira cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by use of or inability to use the website. We aim to always have up to date and correct information displayed on the website.
Images on the website may look different than in real life as screens display colors in different ways. We aim to have as accurate depiction of our products as possible but are not liable for any damages due to perceived difference in color, form or shape on the physical products compared to the images on the website.
